It's hard to tell from this era of One Piece, since almoat everything looks like him, and his credited on a lot of episodes, but this does look particularly similar in a few areas like smears and smoke. But also has a shoot at being Maniwa, like credited before, because of the timing, so I'll just add the presumed tag for now.
