00:18 til end: Peng Zhang(張鵬)

a really endearing and soothing show, with solid art. I remember a good amount of good animation, but I'm not sure of how much "sakuga" is there (even considering that Sakuga isn't a very precisely definying term). What I'm sure of is that the Studio Kusanagi made Backgrounds in this show are really gorgeous, it's a bit like seeing something Made in Abyss-ish, but on a usually different scale and without the crazy almost alien imaginative design, but a more grounded one. I dunno how much they're known nowadays, but Hakumei to Mikochi to me was a bit like watching a anime version of a Tony Wolf book :)
