Remember, this is just a presumption. The other key animators are Yamamuro, Naotoshi Shida, Masahiro Shimanuki and Kazuya Hisada.

Still one of the weirdest kamehameha set ups I've seen. It bugged me back in 2004 and it still bugs me now. I don't know why though.

it's probably because the setup is super weak. the way gogeta's bending he just has his hands at his side and he isn't turning his torso like you normally do. it ends up looking stilted and overall bad, like most things in budokai 3's intro.
