I noticed a couple times in this clip that Pluto and Pete use the eye stretch technique Hugh Fraser became known for, as far as I know Hugh didn't join until around the time Snow White came out, perhaps he learned it from Woolie?

Maybe he realy learned it from him
because as you allready know woolie is a great and influential animator
and i have watched woolie's first work
(funny little bunnies) and there was a fast eye stretch
