These are not animated by Te Wei. He is even not the director of the film. He just supervised it.

The English wiki page is wrong about that. Te Wei is actually credited as Chief Director (literally translation) rather than Director. The directors are Yan Shanchun and Ma Kexuan as stated in the Chinese wiki page, and the latter one also served as the main animator of the film from what I've heard.

I believe the misinformation came from the DVD set of "Te Wei Collection" which got all that messed up. He directed/co-directed three films in that set while only did supervising role in other films. In films he supervised, Te Wei's title was more like how Dave Fleischer got the director credit for all Fleischer films but didn't really get in touch with the actual production.
