The animation looks quite good, but I think they’re doing a little TOO much with the directing here. There are points that end up looking a tad goofy imo

Yeah that tends to be Yuichi Terao’s directing style. He did the same thing with the upper moon meeting. But for characters like this and a flashy show like this, it works I think.
