Ninoc's Insta post credits these to Simon Andriveau and a @clo.rinde, which is a handle belonging to a private account. From what little I can gather they are a production manager, and not an animator, so I've withheld tagging for now. Thought it was still worth noting on the off chance they actually participated in drawing these boards in anyway, since The Line's credits just list Ninoc.
