It's probably Maiko Kobayashi because:
1) This is after the bath scene and Shin Wakabayashi comments in his storyboard book that Kobayashi did a lot after that scene (see image).
2) This scene is between Kyoushirou Ezawa's and Yoshikuno Ono's confirmed scenes who are right next to each other in the credits, which are in order
