If there was a possibility of a nc, then why would hanabushi only credit himself for key animation, and not get more key animators involved?

Edit: Personally I’m not convinced it looks like soty, but enough people are saying the water cut looks like him, I’m willing to accept the possibility of being owned if he did NC 2nd KA
