Graham's LO was really rough. Other than the first cut and Nue flying at 0:06, the only thing preserved from Graham's LO is the general movement and timing, and even that has tweaks. The final drawings themselves are all from other artists. If it weren't for those two cuts, I don't think there's be much of an argument for Graham to be tagged here at all. (Worth noting that's not his fault. I'm sure given proper time and production management he'd have been able to take this whole sequence to genga or at least proper layout, but alas)

2nd KA generally only draws the final, corrected genga if the LO artist doesn't have time to do it themselves. They aren't normally tagged since they're usually cleaning up someone else's work, except for exceptional cases where they had a large influence on the cut, such as Juny for post #231062 or Yutaka Nakamura for post #212631
