This was originally presumed Kanada but I'm not sure it's him - The character+animal drawings especially aren't pushed as hard as his work in the A-part. Maybe Masahito Yamashita instead?

I agree with the Yamashita guess, the shape of the effects and explosions are very similar to how he's drawn them since the late 80s.
