Could it be rotoscoped to an extent? At least for some parts, just at like a lower frame rate. Cause especially at 0:17, the way the anatomy is drawn just seems like how you’d draw it if it was just traced, no need for the typical structure of it; it’s lifting the pen/pencil up as little as possible since there’s no need for it.
