EDIT: Yes, I would say the first six seconds are Michishiro Yamada's work. His drawing was lumpy, but not as extreme as Aoki's, and his Omawari-san is very different too (just compare the way his hat is drawn in the first six seconds with the rest of this clip). For what it's worth, Tomekichi Takeuchi's work in this episode (he animates almost the entire first half) is somehow even worse-looking than Yamada's...
