Question, for all of the Jojo series, for the over use of action lines and often still images or limited animation, are those intentional decisions for the Jojo style and aesthetic. Kinda like how Kanada style is is intentionally “choppy”. Or is it an actual limitation of animation?

The Jojo characters themselves are pretty difficult to animate, so I imagine the animation is limited by that but the style is also trying to stay true to the manga, so a bit of both.

I certainly thought it was both for the most part.
