Okay, part of the reason this scene has been a mystery for so long is it's literally never been uploaded properly

This is how it plays in episode 1. As is the case with most BANK on this site, the first time it appears is what should be uploaded. Later episodes (ie. post #202186) re-use the LO with different genga for the different character

in my opinion, 0:19 - 0:21 is Keisuke Watabe, genuinely nothing else in the episode resembles him and that cut looks a lot like something he would draw

as marketani said in post #202186, there's a good chance Ryo Tanaka is here too

lastly, Ikuhara would have likely changed the timing of some cuts to be on 1's like he did with Nakamura's stairs, throw on some Hasegawa corrections and you have the current situation where one of the most iconic bank scenes in anime history is completely unknown
