Removing the (NC) in the source because he was the episode director

The dashed white lines in the 2nd cut looks like the refrain part of Nichijou ED1, so maybe Naitou still participated in these cuts? (Not really sure if there are other reasons/sources of changing the tag from Naitou to Ishidate)
Besides, though not really confident of myself, both the smoke at the end, the dashed lines and L/O of the 3rd cut is kind of similar to https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/8486 in the episode in which Ishidate didn't participate (but Naitou did and was one of the 3 animators that participated in both)

i untagged her because a lot of it looks heavily corrected by Ishidate, who is known to do uncredited KA and enshutsu corrections specific to the animation (just like his mentor, Kigami) on his own episodes. he even said on the show's staff blog he had a high degree of freedom with the animation for this episode, and to add on i have confirmed privately with an ex-member he did do a lot of corrections on #08 as well. you are right though, that there are similarities like the shape of the smoke and the streaks of lines to accentuate motion, but these are characteristics of Ishidate's animation too. i think she might have been heavily influenced by him, looking at k-on! #04. although, he did direct that one too

Thanks! It is not surprising that Ishidate corrected many of those cuts, and yes I agree that Nao Naitou might have been heavily influenced by him.

This correction reminds me a lot of Goro Sessha from the legendary, #143 of Shippuden (https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/111114 ), in 0:01 to 0:02 and her all in all.

Masaharu Watanabe is presumed to take a lot of inspiration from Ishidate's smears/deformation
