Gotta be an NC then cause you could say the same thing about every animator left on the KA list

The characters were heavily redrawn by Noriko Morishima while the effects were left intact

Itai's an unsafe guess since he's really underdocumented (keep in mind too that the only other booru post to his name was itself heavily sakkaned), probably a higher chance of it being an NC atp

I mean Itai is clearly capable of animating effects, assuming Watanabe only corrected the characters on his DB scene
I don't see why it couldn't be him tbh
