For a while I thought Shigeki Kimoto animated this scene, but actually seeing the KA list, the 2nd cut look like the work of Tsurugi Kato, if my Kato guess is wrong or if there's another animator in it, Soichiro Sako or Nobuhiko Kawakami look like good possibilities. In some capacity, I think Shigeki Kimoto most likely had an important role in this as supervisor, even though it was 2008, around that time he already started to have this distinctive habit of drawing lines that aren't very thick but look slightly heavier than your usual lines, he can do notable sweating effects as well and there's a bit of that here, since Kimoto was the only supervisor credited as CAD and AD, he most likely put a lot of his skills as the sole supervisor, this scene has things that you never find in his work, but also some elements that are very reminiscent of him.
