Could someone explain as to how this counts as a correction? It looks more like rough LO. Or is Yamazaki actually correcting the movement here somehow?

Souta Yamazaki was credited as a CAD (Chief Animation Director or Sou Sakuga Kantoku (総作画監督) in Japanese) in this episode. In the title, you can see "総作監修正" which means sousakkan correction
