Despite Kenichiro Aoki being effect AD in this ep he didn't supervised at all this part, makes sense to not correct his teacher, also Yamaguchi Wakana did 2nd KA for this scene, since Kimoto was also CAD it's pretty obvious that his own characteristics were easily preserved in the final result, while I have no doubt that his LO was already excellent.

Ok so at 0:10, on the bottom right corner I could bet that dust effect is a CGI simulation. It looks similar to the water splashes during all the waterfall scenes. I didn't notice until I was going frame by frame here to analyze the flip though. I am so impressed at how well it is composited in.
