The smoke is incredibly similar to his work on the first episode, so probably yeah. He did a lot as action AD so his style is kinda everywhere though!

You can just check the post history to see who changed what, but the presumed tag was removed after someone on IRC pointed out that the smoke doesn't just look similar to Oda's, it's flat out a mirrored drawing from what he did in the first episode.

well 'presumed' tag is weirdly used here... sadly don't expect something like sakuga@wiki. Absence of 'presumed' tag means confirmed or accurate guess. I don't much approve the current use, that's why sakugabooru will never be a 100% reliable source.
We should have created a 'confirmed' tag or a source field (to avoid spam comments) but it may be too late.
