I wish it was possible for the cgi Attack Titan model's hair to move like 2D, same for Jaws.
I wonder why they decided against the skin texture, I think it'd help :l

I agree too, but I think it would make the 3d model look more 3d. For 2d they can adjust any texture frame by frame, but for 3d it would be static just like the shadows on the abs and probably make the 3d more obvious.

Yeah, if at least the hair was 2d it would be perfect. The models are very anime like, the only thing that bothers me is the videogame hair. I do think there was one scene in part 1 that they used 2d hair on the jaw. They mix 2d and 3d all the time for titans so it shouldn't be that big a deal to always make the hair 2d.
