I'm not totally sure if this is the best quality. The other one I have seems to be from a Chinese bootleg with some up-scaling and heavier color saturation, among a few other things. I'm torn on if it actually looks better than this DVD rip, though it's definitely different. I realized that there was another release as well which is supposedly from a BD as well that isn't just the SDBD we got in the West. I'll remake this episode if I find anything better, but I doubt it.
