I think Kameda did this and post #162046. Timing is really snappy and I can't see anyone else being responsible for it. Could get owned though.

fwiw Kameda's handwriting is nowhere to be found on anything in the gengashuu from this section. These cuts might be from the Trigger section of animators since it's fairly close to the other big scene
