Hi Geth, it seems you went through episode 266's staff list which only listed Suzuki as the key animator. Mind you this scene right here is originally from episode 216 and the episode was not solo animated by Suzuki, so I will return it to artist unknown. You may put Suzuki back if you got confirmation.

I think its still Youko Suzuki's work, there arent any action animators credited on #216 besides maybe 松坂定俊 but this is fairly competent and the character art is strong

Though you're correct in that its neither a solo nor should've been without a presume tag at least
