but Norio is only credited on episode 2, so I think he did these cuts only and not the ones after (0:31-end of post #141561) but it wouldn't to much of a stretch to say he might have done those too

confirmed privately, norio also did a couple cuts after this although the cuts appear in the first episode, which he wasnt credited on. i guess depending on how it was storyboarded things got weird with the credits
