I can see why the first two cuts were previously credited to Shinji Hashimoto but I do not think they are his. The debris breaks more intuitively and in the second cut especially the smoke expands inward in a way that only a more traditional effects animator would do. So this should be some combination of the Endo/Masuda/Ito trio, with probably one complete unknown animator since there are three different approaches to the lava here.
