This is certainly a work of Tomohiro Kishi, let me refrain why. He has been credited in the OP only as KA and this cut specifically showcase his characteristics such as the the messy yet controlled line art, shading interaction and shape + the action lines, the volume of the characters also specifically correlate with his other KA's so I guess it could be safe to presume given these traits.
Tomohiro Kishi hardly has any animation documented on the site, and none of it looks like this, so it's unlikely to be his.

I could give you more specific examples of why this is Kishi however you blocked me on Twitter again for some reason after we having a nice talk. But let me ask you, if this is not his KA who could be? Because we have the notion that Kishi is in the OP as KA and most of the sequences don't has these traits so precisely applied you would suggest this is a correction? Because it's visually undeniable Kishi had participation in this cut.
Tomohiro Kishi doesn't animate action generally

Well, generally yeah considering his KA until now was more present on character acting but cuts in Durarara!! And this one looks a lot like him as well as 2 character acting cuts in Garo ep 18, I'm more than 100% sure this time and I can give more specific reasons but ok, maybe I should just give up on Kishi since you guys don't seem to be open about it..
Shouldn't there be a background animation tag for the gate in the first 2 cuts?
