the first cut is rough layout by Okiura, completed by Ei Inoue via e-sakuga.

In this case the finished version is quite different from Okiura's rough, so I'm making the arbitrary decision to not tag Okiura here.

the rest of the scene should be Ei Inoue's genga at least, however no way of knowing if Okiura did layout for the rest as well but it is possible.
