There's obviously something off here. I think one of them is misremembering and it's more likely Hayama, since Kitakubo gave exact lines of dialogue which correspond to the first cut of the upload until 1:00. The animation also looks like Toshiyuki Tsuru's. Since only the last two cuts are unaccounted for, there's basically no room for Hamasu to be here, unless he did genga for Tsuru's LO or vice versa - that's more or less the only explanation I could see besides one of them misremembering.
