According to Kameda, his first job after FMA. He was watching Sword of the Stranger so often at the time that he brought Naruto and Lee's faces closer together at the end [to mimic the famous clash at the end of that movie]
Also, based on Shingo Yamashita saying that his part of the storyboard was only 4 frames [post #206021], I would imagine Kameda got the same degree of freedom.
Since this entire section is a single cut, the workflow here isn't known, and Yamashita's comment only says that he split 17 seconds worth of work with Kenichi Kutsuna.
The gengashuu features various frames starting from frame 307 (or 0:12) until roughly the end of the upload, all under the section featuring Yamashita's work.
so it's reasonable to say from that point to the end is confirmed Yamashita. Though he may start earlier.
