Not sure if it encompases this sequence but if it ends around the time the bear joins the fight then most likely.

assuming the tag on this post #19511 is correct (I've always had my doubts) then Yuki Kawashima is likely a big follower of Miyazawa's style, and somehow went completely unnoticed for years.

the other option I considered is Takuo Tominaga but his work is usually less stylized than this
