1:12 - 1:14 is from #031 which coincidentally happened to be an episode supervised by Ogiso

the rest should be either Shingo Ogiso's genga or extensive corrections. Something about the first part of this has always been odd to me because the sparks effect changes quite a bit (would not expect him to draw an effect like at 0:17.7), but either way, the scene as a whole is largely his work.
