tbh if i member correctly that part didnt age very well with dialogue. Something allong the lines of "quit deluding yourself and be a man"

It was more like "if you are a woman, then don't be half-assed and make both your soul and body that of a woman", which while yabai and transphobic by today's standards because it states you need to transition to fully commit to your new gender, it was kinda progressive back in the day, as it was implying that the body you are born with doesn't necessarily define your gender. But the whole section of the episode is a mess, fortunately Togashi got better at exploring gender identity in his later works.

Yeah i probably have more of a memory of the Dub that must have been more crude.But for sure togashi evolved as a writer as well
