Does he plan to work on anything else in studio or is he coming back for Season 2 of OPM?

He's contracted by Bones so obviously he's working on a project at the studio. He just animated one scene, without having his name credit, on OPM so we can't talk about a come-back.

I'm 7 months late but it's pretty obvious that the camera is just moving backwards...

the storyboard and layout should've and could've been done better to NOT give us the illusion that todoroki was skating/sliding forward with all the moving foreground ice though...and then the 2 cuts right afterwards, starting at 0:13 indicated that todoroki was moving forward, which is a pretty rough and un-smooth transition from the cut starting at 0:09...
I am pretty sure this dude watched plants grow in time lapse as reference for this for 0:05 (warning, mildly disgusting): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPoek32sZ-Y

that sec caught my eye too,I'm pretty sure that wasn't yutaka ,the art isn't him at all,no movement, doesn't go with the scene
probably something added during the edit

I have always seen it that way and thought of it as common sense but tbh,I have no confirmation of that but I'm pretty sure of my opinion
