This post was deleted. Reason: splitting shinji hashimoto solo and stronger part alone, wrong ar here and bad quality. MD5: 300ea9f628b0339962d7f91fc51f4232

Ohira only had a small part, from 0:42 when the man gets covered in a carpet to when gets thrown into the window.
The part where he kicks that dude in the face is brilliant
Animating on twos for two minutes must have been tiresome to say the least. This chase to fight scene holds up very well decades later, in essence.

it kicks the arses of a lots of things I've seen in animation in the 20 years after it. Or rather than lots of things, most of them xD

So, theres apparently other people here besides Shinji/Kouichi Hashimoto and Ohira. Eguchi mentions a 'Yamada', but tatsuo yamada and makoto yamada were both credited, and both highly skilled so I can discern who is who. There were also several others who worked on this scene, doing some combination of 2nd ka/genga most likely just for how demanding this sequence was. Hashimoto picks up again from the explosion cut from the grenade launcher, although most of the layouts throughout should be him. Therefore, artist_unknown is here to stay.
