Dragon Ball was weird. Series Director Okazaki Minoru was regularly able to storyboard and direct episodes himself with Chief Animator Maeda Minoru as his animation supervisor and five key animators working under him, one of which usually being Satou Masaki (an animator from Studio Junio, just like Maeda).

Anyway, I looked up the staff for this clip thinking that the storyboard had been Ueda given how much Ueda uses rotations...but it's not!
