This is absurd. It's wild how there can still be so much greatness in this show despite it getting absolutely fucked over production-wise.

Makes you wonder what could've been with a solid schedule.

Niinuma's face modelling(?) somewhat resembles Michel Lauricella's (Morpho's author) head, especially the facial features, illustrations.

Watanabe said in an interview that he did the part where Mimora is skating but there are only three KAs on this episode (excluding the Studio Hibari credit) so this is likely all him. If I had to guess, he probably just fixated on the Mimora part in the interview because she's a cute little girl.

Anyways, this is probably the most fun I've seen Watanabe's animation get. Hope some other people enjoy this upload too.

The small, triangular noses and slightly blocky anatomy are a dead ringer for Takahashi's style if you've seen any of the Precure episodes he's AD'd.

The most sakuga I've seen in one episode since Heavenly Delusion. Butter smooth and full of arcs!

I don't know why the dimming on the close-up shot with Toji was used. It felt completely unnecessary.
