I can't find the old post but I think I just said something like Takeuchi is NC Action AD for the film, you won't find his name in the credits (only as genga), but he handled this scene and the following in the garage fight.

Mysto had a pretty solid source but said sources memory about the movie had already caused a mistaken tag for an action scene in this section, so this could be the same. Especially so since Takeuchis Action AD part is the scene before this, the two could've been easily conflated. Going with pure eyes it's Torii over Takeuchi.
